NCR-South Dakota Wing Joint Conference 2025

You are invited to attend the North Central Region - South Dakota Wing
Joint Conference May 2-4, 2025!

The NCR-South Dakota Joint Conference will be held May 2-4, 2025. At the joint conference, you can choose which educational and hands-on seminars or classroom trainings that interest you.  Come to rekindle old friendships and to meet and make new friends.  So much of what we do in CAP is centered on what all the squadron members do together as a Wing and a Region. A conference is a critical part of your CAP experience, so you can get to know who you'll be working with on future missions.  You will learn so much about how CAP operates and how to do your job in CAP.

This year’s NCR-South Dakota Wing Joint Conference will be held at the Spearfish Holiday Inn Convention Center. To secure the group rate, rooms must be reserved by April 18th, 2025. Please contact the Spearfish Holiday Inn for reservations (605-642-4683, hold for the operator). Make sure you let them know that you are with the “SD Wing Conference” to get our group rate of $109.99 for Standard Room and $139.99 for Suite (+tax).  Poolside rooms are an additional $30.00.

Because of the limitations within Registration Zone, there is an additional Eventbrite page for those just wishing to attend the banquet. 

If you’re going to stay at the Spearfish Holiday Inn, please note:

1. If you’re a senior member or adult associated with CAP, call the Spearfish Holiday Inn to make your reservation (605-642-4683).
2. If you’re a cadet, and your parent(s) would like to stay overnight in Spearfish, have them call the Spearfish Holiday Inn to book your room(s).  Inform your squadron of your plan so they know what’s going on.
3. If you’re a cadet attending without your family, you must coordinate with your squadron chain of command for both hotel rooms and a ride.  Each squadron will have its own procedures.  They may have you make the hotel reservation, or they may make the reservation for you.  Each room will cost $109.99 or $139.99/night, plus tax. All rooms must be secured with a credit card.
4. The hotel does not offer complimentary breakfast.
