North Central Region sUAS (Drone) Resources
The North Central Region sUAS program goals are to train, grow and maintain high competence among our sUAS Mission Pilots and Technicians to be used as needed for CAP and FEMA missions throughout NCR. The NCR sUAS leadership team sponsors a monthly conference call with NCR Wing DOUs that enables intra-wing collaboration on items of high interest and sharing of lessons learned from exercises and training, and coordination of planned training events.
The following NCR sUAS operational assets are utilized to obtain imagery, which includes the production of detailed orthomosiac and oblique imagery, as well as video, and thermal imagery:
