We are approaching that time of year again where we wish to recognize the specialty area people who are doing an exemplary job in their specialty area. We refer to these awards as the “Of the Year” awards.

North Central Region will be sending out some helpful hints to assist your Wing to recognize these members. These "NCR Award Tips" can be found here.

During the 2019 National Staff College, Maj. Gen. Phelka (then Brig. Gen. Phelka) gave a presentation to the entire college about Volunteer Paychecks.  Recognizing fellow members for a job well done is one way of giving a well-deserved Volunteer Paycheck.

Let us see if we can reach an all-time high this year for a record number of award nominations forwarded to NCR HQ.
