CAP-USAF North Central Liaison Region Change of Command

North Central Region's Minnesota Wing hosted the recent change of command ceremony for North Central Liaison Region (CAP-USAF Detachment 5) where Lt Col Jeffrey L. Meyers relinquished command to Lt Col Michael D. Veltman. Lt Col Meyers has been a constant fixture throughout North Central Region over the last several years -- attending wing conferences, encampments, and other activities -- and is well known across the region. NCR looks forward to working closely with Lt Col Veltman in his new role!

Civil Air Patrol National Vice Commander, Brig Gen Regena Aye, attended the event.
