Former Missouri Wing Member Receives NASA Honor

Please join North Central Region on congratulating former Missouri Wing cadet and Spaatz Award recipient Sean Fuller, International Partner Manager of the Artemis Gateway Program at NASA, on receiving NASA’s highest recognition -- the Distinguished Service Medal -- for fostering and leading the new partnership between NASA and the UAE’s Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre.

MBRSC is joining NASA, the Canadian Space Agency, the European Space Agency, and JAXA: Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency on the Artemis Gateway program, contributing the crew and science airlock. Together we are forging the future in human space flight and leading humanity deeper into the cosmos.

The NASA Distinguished Service Medal is awarded to those who display distinguished service, ability, or courage, and have personally made a contribution representing substantial progress to the NASA mission. The contribution must be so extraordinary that other forms of recognition would be inadequate.
