Former NCR Commander Sworn in as Asst. Secretary of the Air Force

Please join North Central Region in congratulating former CAP National Commander Brig. Gen. Richard Anderson -- and former North Central Region and Nebraska Wing Commander -- on his swearing in as the new assistant secretary of the Air Force for Manpower and Reserve Affairs!

Also present at Brig. Gen. Anderson's swearing-in was Missouri Wing's C/Capt. Daniel O’Connell of the Platte Valley Composite Squadron! C/Capt. O'Connell was recognized at the same conference as the national AFA CAP Aerospace Education Cadet of the Year!
