Great Minnesota Wing Aerospace Fling!
Another Great Minnesota Wing Aerospace Fling is in the record books! Over 270 people signed up for this exciting event on May 7, 2022, at Minnesota Wing Headquarters at South St. Paul Fleming Field.
Activities planned included:
- Rescuers rappel from a helicopter along with outdoor demonstrations
- Partial hot air balloon inflation
- Tours of the Commemorative Air Force museum,
- Flight simulators
- Drones
- Static displays of aircraft and helicopters
- Drawings for cadet discovery flight in a helicopter, and two airplane discovery flights
