Iowa Wing Unit Recognizes Local Airport Director
Black Hawk County Composite Squadron Commander, Capt Alex Paul, recently presented Waterloo Regional Airport’s Director, Keith Kaspari with a Certificate of Appreciation during the monthly Airport Board of Directors meeting. Kaspari and the airport board have been instrumental in the success of the new unit. Recognizing our non-CAP partners who are instrumental in the success of our missions.
