Loss of NCR Staff Member
North Central Region is saddened to learn of the passing of Lt Col Dan Roman, former NCR Assistant Chief of Staff who also served as the Great Lakes Region Director of Plans and Programs. Lt Col Roman died September 10th at his home in Warrenville, Illinois, after a lengthy battle with cancer. He was 35.
To honor his lifelong support of CAP and the cadet program, the Lt. Col. Dan Roman NCSA Cadet Scholarship Fund has been established in his name in support of the National Cadet Special Activities (NCSA) Program, with priority supporting a cadet to attend National Blue Beret.
