Minn. Wing Cadet Obtains Pilot License

Join North Central Region in congratulating Cadet 2d Lt. Sebastian Valine of Minnesota Wing's St. Croix Composite Squadron on obtaining his private pilot's license! C/2d Lt Valine is pictured with his examiner Jim Shadduck at the Maple Lake, MN, airport. C/2d Lt. Valine's training was funded by a grant from the Ray Foundation, administered by St. Croix Composite Squadron.
