Minn. Wing Cadet Receives Spaatz Award

Join us in congratulating Cadet Colonel Evan Ekstrand, of Minnesota Wing's St. Croix Composite Squadron, in earning the General Carl A. Spaatz award, the highest achievement in the Civil Air Patrol cadet program! C/Col Ekstrand is the 2,532nd Cadet to earn the Spaatz award, which statistically is earned by less than 1% of cadets!
