Minnesota Wing Member Passes
North Central Region is saddened to report the passing of Minnesota Wing's Lt. Col. James P. Fisher, at age 90, on Sunday, May 14, 2023. Lt. Col. Fisher was a member of the Southeast Minnesota Composite Squadron, serving in various capacities.
Lt. Col. Fisher served four years active duty in the U.S. Air Force, 37 years in the U.S. Army Reserves, and 29 years with the Civil Air Patrol. Other military service included the Air National Guard and U.S. Navy Reserves.
Senior and cadet CAP members will serve as pallbearers at the request of Lt. Col. Fisher.
