CAP is not just about Youth. CAP has many activities and opportunities for Senior Members. Senior Members can be involved in Emergency Services, Cadet Programs, and Aerospace Education. Senior Members have the opportunity to grow as a leader through the Education and Training Program and Specialty Tracks. Education and Training is a program for Senior Members to develop their skills while advancing their rank. Specialty Tracks is a program for Senior Members to grow their skills in different areas. Senior Members can use their professional careers and experiences to benefit CAP.
