While attending every CAP meeting or activity is highly recommended, it is okay to miss some meetings due to other commitments. You do not sign a contract saying you will attend every squadron meeting. Some members have sports that they need to participate in so they may not attend activities or meetings in Civil Air Patrol during their sports season. Civil Air Patrol is an organization where what you put in is what you get out.
