𝗠𝘆𝘁𝗵 𝗡𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗿 – 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀

To be a member of the Civil Air Patrol, you do not need to worry about meeting health standards. However, many members of the Civil Air Patrol have disabilities! Civil Air Patrol is about embracing diversity by being inclusive of everyone. For example, during World War II, people wanted to serve in the military but could not serve due to medical conditions. However, the Civil Air Patrol allowed people with disabilities to serve their country.

Cadet Chief Master Sergeant Brummond, a below-knee amputee, is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and is a very active member. However, he does not let his disability get in the way of doing things he enjoys.

1st Lt Stepaniak, who uses a wheelchair to get around, is a member of the Civil Air Patrol and is very active. He has a bright mind and has much knowledge in the Communication Field. He brings a lot of knowledge and talent to the organization.
