Minnesota Wings Latest Spaatz Awardee

Please join North Central Region in congratulating Minnesota Wing's latest Spaatz Awardee - Cadet Colonel Evan Ekstrand of the St. Croix Composite Squadron! The General Carl A. Spaatz Award is the highest achievement of the Civil Air Patrol cadet program, obtained by less than 1% of all CAP cadets.
