Missouri Wing Honors Hidden Civil War Gravesite
Union Army Private Isaac Daniel was honored on Memorial Day weekend by the color guard and members of Missouri Wing's Col. Travis Hoover Composite Squadron. His grave had been hidden for years by an overgrowth of bushes and shrubs at the Short Creek Cemetery in Jasper County, MO.. His descendants were united with him for the first time.
