N. Dakota Wing Squadron Participates in Fargo Holiday Parade

Despite frigid temperatures, cadets from the North Dakota Wing's 119th ANG Cadet Squadron took part in the annual Xcel Energy Holiday Lights Parade in downtown Fargo.
