North Central Region to Participate in NASA Solar Eclipse Project

North Central Region currently has 27 squadrons and education sites participating in the CAP Solar Eclipse Mission on April 8th with 2 from the Iowa Wing, 3 from the Kansas Wing, 6 from the Minnesota Wing, 6 from the Missouri Wing, 6 from the Nebraska Wing, 1 from the North Dakota Wing, and 3 from the South Dakota Wing. All 52 CAP wings are participating in this collaborative mission to support NASA with data collection. Each of the 8 CAP regions will have an assigned mission number in WMIRS. Capt Shannon Babb is the CAP Solar Eclipse Mission Director.
