Passing of Col. David Small

North Central Region is sad to report the passing of Col. David Small. Col Small served previously as the South Dakota Wing commander and most recently as the North Central Region vice commander. He had been at a family Thanksgiving gathering in Utah.

"He was a true CAP leader and friend, said North Central Region commander Col John O'Neill. "Please join me in sending thoughts and prayers to the Small family. David will be remembered fondly and missed often."
