Passing of Minnesota Wing Member
Minnesota Wing and North Central Region is saddened to announce the sudden passing of Lt. Col. Charlotte Miller, beloved wife of Col. Stephen Miller (Minnesota Wing Commander from 2004 to 2008), on July 3, 2025, at the age of 73.
Lt. Col. Miller served as commander of the Valley Squadron, MNWG Chief of Staff from 2008 to 2010, and MNWG Inspector General from 2011 to 2014. Her dedication to service was exemplified through her achievement of Level 5 in 2005 and her active participation in five Minnesota Wing encampments (2001, 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2008).
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday August 2nd (from 6pm to 10pm) at the Environmental Learning Center in Savage, MN.
