South Dakota Wing Member Passes
North Central Region is saddened to learn the news of the passing of Lt. Col. Bruce Kipp, a long-serving public affairs officer for the South Dakota Wing and former editor of South Dakota Wing's "Skychaser" newsletter. Lt. Col. Kipp passed away on 10 June 2023 at the age of 72.
A veteran of the U.S. Army, Lt. Col. Kipp retired from additional U.S. Government service in 2006. An accomplished military historian with many publications, his lifelong love of learning lead to a doctorate in European History.
