Col. Thomas Theis, NCR Commander Select, announces Command Team. On 2 June 2024, Col. Erica Williams and Col. Rickey Franz (former CMSgt Franz) will be assuming the roles as North Central Region Vice Commanders effective 2 June 2024. Colonels Williams and Franz were selected from five applicants for the position. Col. Tom Weston will continue in his role as Region Chief of Staff.
