Cadets from Missouri Wing's Bootheel Composite Squadron recently participated on a recruitment trip to Clarkton High School in Clarkton, Missouri. South Dakota Wing will be testing a system during its February SAREXs that has the ability to alert mission-qualified members by phone, email, and text message simultaneously.

Five Big Sioux Composite Squadron cadets completed their first orientation flights, or O-Rides, earlier this month. Captain Ben Kallas, with the assistance of other senior members from Big Sioux, provided this opportunity to the cadets.

Congratulations to members of the Kansas Wing who recently supported the Kansas Region of the American Red Cross in the immediate transportation of critical supplies and blood products -- two in the early hours of the morning from Wichita to Scott City and from Wichita to Ellsworth, both completed in a matter of hours; and a longer mission over the year-end holidays, in conjunction with the Oklahoma Wing, from Wichita to Tulsa.
